Easy Homemade Baked Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

A super easy Baked Pumpkin Seeds Recipe using just 3 ingredients, pumpkin seeds, seasoning, and oil. It couldn’t be any easier, it takes a few minutes to put together and then 30 minutes in the oven.

We use seafood seasoning but any seasoning you have available would be fine. They are perfect for a healthy snack or as a topping for your favorite soup. Try them on this delicious Slow Cooker Pumpkin Soup.

FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 Months.

OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 10 minutes

MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave dish and cook on full power for 30 seconds – 1 minute.


Baked Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

4 Cups Pumpkin Seeds (washed & dried)

1/4 Cup Seafood Seasoning (or your favorite seasoning)

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Spray (or your preferred oil)

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Preheat the oven to 300F/150C

2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds using a colander, lay them out on a paper towel, and pat dry.

3. Spray a large baking sheet with the cooking oil, and spread the pumpkin seeds out evenly in a single layer. Spray over the top of the seeds with more cooking oil.

4. Sprinkle the seafood seasoning evenly over the seeds

5. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until fully baked, stirring halfway.

6. Allow them to cool slightly before eating.
