1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Large Onion (diced)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 1/2 Cans Milk
1/4 tsp Dill (dried)
1/2 lb Shrimp (shelled & de-veined)
1/2 lb White Fish (cut into large cubes)
1/4 Cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepot.
2. Add the onion and garlic powder and cook until tender.
3. Pour in the celery soups, potato soup and milk. Bring to a boil and stir in the dill.
4. Now add the shrimp and white fish. Cook for a further 5 minutes over low heat until the fish is thoroughly cooked.
5, Garnish with parsley and serve.
