INGREDIENTS

1 Inch Fresh Ginger

1 Cup Almond Milk

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powdered

1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powdered

Maple Syrup (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1.Slice 1 inch of fresh ginger.

2. Pour the almond milk into a saucepan, add the sliced ginger and follow with the turmeric and cinnamon.

3. Bring to a low simmer whilst stirring and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

4. Strain the milk through a strainer and into a jug to remove the solid parts.

5. Pour into your favorite mug add a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
