Low Carb & Gluten Free Donuts
These Low Carb & Gluten Free Donuts are made with almond flour so are grain free and don’t contain any sugar, making them great for most diets and a healthy alternative too.
They are so easy to make and are ready in a little over 30 minutes.
They are baked in the oven in a Donut Tray, if you don’t have a Donut Tray then a Muffin Tin can be used, make sure to grease or use muffin liners to prevent the mixture from sticking.
The low carb gluten free donuts contain only 3g of carbs they make a great treat to keep any cravings at bay.
If you don’t eat them right away, then you can store your Donuts in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate them for up to a week. If you want to batch cook some Donuts they can be frozen for up to 6 months.
Reheat in the microwave for 45 seconds or in the oven for 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
DONUT BATTER MIX
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sweetener
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
CINNAMON COATING MIXTURE
- 1/2 Cup Sweetener
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
DONUT BATTER MIXTURE
- Pre heat the oven to 350F/175C
- Mix the dry Ingredients in a bowl, Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon and Sea Salt
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl, Butter, Almond Milk, Eggs and Vanilla Extract
- Add the wet ingredient mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients
- Divide between the donut tray rings, leaving a gap to allow for the donuts to rise and bake for 15-18 minutes, remove and turn out to cool for 5 minutes
CINNAMON COATING MIX
- Mix the Cinnamon and Sweetener in a dish, melt the Butter in another dish.Take each Donut and brush with the melted butter, then dip, pressing lightlyinto the Cinnamon and Sweetener mixture
- Eat and enjoy or store for later!
