Slow Cooker Indian Chicken Curry

A slow cooker Indian chicken curry is super easy to make, just load the ingredients and let your slow cooker do all the work!  

This chicken curry is full of aromatic flavors including garam masala, paprika, turmeric, and garlic, and will have everyone wanting more! and slow cooking keeps this curry full of all the flavors and healthier too as there’s no need to use any oil or cream.

A perfect meal for a weeknight dinner, also great to freeze if you want to make it ahead of time, it will surely have everyone wanting more!  

Serve this over fluffy white rice, cauliflower rice, with a side of bread or eat it as it is!

STORAGE: Slow Cooker Indian Chicken Curry

Slow Cooker Indian Chicken Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

250g Chicken Breast (diced)

1 Tbsp Flour

2 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Garam Masala

1 Tbsp Turmeric

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Large White Onion (diced)

4 Garlic Cloves (pureed)

2 Green Chili Peppers (diced)

100g Chopped Tomatoes

2 Tbsp Tomato Puree

200g Plain Yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Place the diced chicken into the slow cooker, sprinkle the flour in followed by the salt, and stir together to coat the chicken.

2. Next add all the remaining dry ingredients: garam masala, turmeric, and paprika

3. Then add the diced onion, garlic, chili, tomatoes, and tomato puree.

4. Cover with the lid and set to high heat, cook for 3 hours.

5. Remove the lid and add the yogurt, stir in.

6. Serve over a bed of fluffy white rice or cauliflower rice and top with a sprinkle of cilantro!
