This Avocado Banana Ice Cream is made with simple ingredients: avocado, banana, heavy cream, and condensed milk. It is super easy and quick to make and a great way to use up leftovers too!

This easy homemade ice cream takes only 10 minutes to prep and doesn’t use an ice cream maker.

The avocado really gives it the creamy texture and the sweetness from the banana makes it truly delicious. The avocado is mild tasting and works really well in ice cream, in a similar way that cheese works well in cheesecake!

Avocado Banana Ice Cream RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

1/2-1 Avocado

1/2 Banana

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Extract or Essence

Pinch Salt

1 Cup Condensed Milk

Avocado Banana Ice Cream INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Scoop the avocado into the food processor, add the banana and mix for 1-2 minutes until fully combined.

2. In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream, add the vanilla and salt, and whisk for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens.

3. Next add the condensed milk and the avocado and banana mix. Stir together and whisk for a further 2-3 minutes until fully combined.

4. Place in a freezable container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

5. Serve with your favorite dessert or toppings!
