2 lb Salmon

1 Lime (sliced)

1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Preheat the oven to 410F/210C

2. Place a large piece of foil onto a baking sheet, ensuring the foil is double the size of the baking sheet and will fully cover the salmon.

3. Place the side of salmon into the center of the foil and place the sliced lime around the salmon, tucking them under slightly.

4. Take the teriyaki sauce and pour half a cup evenly over the salmon until fully covered.

5. Now wrap up the foil, scrunching the edges to form a tight fitting bowl to hold the salmon and sauce. Leaving an open gap on top.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until browned and flakes easily.

7. Remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
