Soft Bread Crumbs: To make soft bread crumbs, tear bread into pieces and place them in a food processor or blender, and pulse for 1-2 minutes. One slice of bread will make 1/2 to 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs.
FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 2-3 days.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 15 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave dish and cook on full power for 2-3 minute.
4 Chicken Breasts (halved)
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (broccoli or mushroom)
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 Cup American Cheese (shredded)
5 Cups Broccoli Florets
2 1/2 Cups Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cups Breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons Butter (melted)

1. Bring some water to a boil and add the chicken breasts, simmer for 8-9 minutes or until tender.
2. In another saucepan, bring some water to a boil and add the broccoli, simmer for 5-6 minutes until softened.
3. Drain the broccoli and arrange the florets on the base of a casserole dish.
4. Place the halved chicken breasts over the broccoli.
5 Next, combine the soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice, and mix thoroughly.
6. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
7. Place the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, and mix together
8. Scatter the breadcrumbs evenly over the soup mixture.
9. Follow by scattering the shredded cheese over the top.
10. Add extra shredded cheddar cheese to fully cover the breadcrumbs (optional).
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and browned.
12. Serve warm, with potatoes, pasta, or rice, and enjoy!
