INGREDIENTS
11/4 Cup of Olive Oil for each infusion.
Choose Flavor From The Following 5
Orange, Peppercorn & Bay Leaf: 4 Slithers of Orange Peel, 1 Tbsp Black Peppercorns, 1 Dry Bay Leaf
Chilli, Garlic & Herb: 1 Chilli Pepper, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Tbsp Herbs, 1/2 tsp peppercorns (optional)
Chilli, Garlic & Lime: 2 Chilli Peppers, 2 Garlic Cloves, 2 Slithers Lime Peel
Lavender, Rosemary & Thyme: 2 Lavendar Sprigs, 2 Rosemary Sprigs, 2 Thyme Sprigs
Ginger & Lime: 4 Ginger Slices, 3 Slithers of Lime Peel
INTRUCTIONS
1.Pour 1 1/4 cups of olive oil in to a pan and add the chosen ingredients.
2. Heat together until at a simmer.
3. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for upto 2 hours.
4. Pour into a clean bottle or jar.
