Almond Butter Fat Bombs are super easy to make and very tasty and are a perfect keto dessert with only 3 ingredients.
Fat bombs are great for a healthy keto dessert or as a snack, they are sugar-free and very low in carbs, although you can sweeten it further with stevia or your favorite sweetener.
Easy to double or treble the recipe so you can batch freeze, they are also ideal to make as gifts and they look amazing too!
More Keto Desserts:
They can melt easily if left out so ensure you keep them in the fridge or freezer.
FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for 3-5 days.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
(Makes 6, simply double the recipe to make 12)
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup of Almond Butter
1/4 Cup of Raw Cacao Powder
1. Melt the coconut oil and the almond butter together in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the cacao powder, and mix well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
3. Let the mixture cool enough to handle, and form into 6 evenly sized balls (or you can add 2 tablespoons of the mixture into paper muffin cups)
4. Freeze the almond butter fat bombs for at least an hour, and then they are ready, be sure to store them in the fridge or freezer to prevent melting.
