Olive Oil Spray
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1. Preheat the oven to 325F/163C, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the stalks off the kale leaves, and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces
3. Spread the leaves in a single layer on the baking sheet.
4. Spray them with olive oil and sprinkle them evenly with sea salt.
5. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until dry and crispy.
