INGREDIENTS 

5 Large Potatoes (peeled and cut)

1 Cup Monterey Jack (shredded)

1/4 Cup Milk

1 Tbsp Butter

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and fill it with water.

2. Cook on high heat and bring to a boil (approx 10 minutes) then reduce to heat and cook for a further 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

3. Remove from heat and drain the water.

4. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes until smooth.

5. Stir in the cheese and add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper, and mix until fully combined.

6. Serve immediately with delicious Baked Chicken Breast.
