FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 2-3 days.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
STOVETOP: Place in a saucepan, and heat on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 5-10 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on full power for 1-2 minutes.
1. In a mixing bowl sift the flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Make a well in the flour mix and add the egg yolks.
3. Begin mixing the eggs with a fork, and work outwards incorporating the flour. Mix until all ingredients are moistened to a sticky dough.
4. Place on a well-floured surface and press into a ball and cut in quarters.
5. Roll out each quarter to 1/4 inch thickness, then cut to desired width and length using a knife or pizza cutter.
6. Lay on a cooling rack or dish towel to dry, then repeat the same process for the remaining dough.
7. To cook, boil for 2-5 minutes until softened, and add your favorite toppings or add the noodles to your favorite dish.
