1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
1 teaspoon Coffee Granules (instant)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (pure)
1⅔ Cup (400 ml) Irish Whiskey
1. Place the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee granules, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract in the food processor, and mix on low speed for 30 seconds.
2. Start to add the whiskey very slowly and at a very slow speed, mix slowly until all the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Pour the Irish cream into sterilized glass bottles with tight-fitting lids. and store in the pantry or refrigerator.
4. Use in your favorite hot drink or cocktail, give the bottle a shake before using.
