Turkey Bolognese
Turkey Bolognese, a healthy, high-protein meal and gluten free, brings new meaning to comfort food….
Make Homemade Potato Chips in the microwave with this super easy recipe, and only uses a few ingredients that will already be in your pantry or store cupboard. They are so tasty and are a great alternative to store-bought potato chips.
A mandoline is ideal for slicing potatoes, and a food processor with a slicing attachment is great too, but if you don’t have either, then use a vegetable peeler or your best knife.
You can experiment with the thickness that you prefer, and the cooking times will vary depending on how thick they are too.
Pantry: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 2-3 days.
1 Cooking Spray
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Large Potato (thinly sliced)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1. Pour the vegetable oil into a Ziploc or plastic bag, add the potato slices, and shake until all the slices are fully coated with oil.
2. Lightly grease a large plate with cooking oil spray and lay the potato slices in a single layer on the plate (cook in smaller batches to ensure no slices overlap).
3. Cook in the microwave on high for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
4. Place the chips in a large bowl, sprinkle with the salt, and toss them until evenly seasoned.
5. Repeat with the remaining potato slices until they are all cooked.
6. The chips will become crispy as they cool down.
