This low-carb tortillas recipe is made with coconut flour, eggs, and milk, making the recipe quick and easy. Ready in only 15 minutes this recipe yields 12 tortillas, make them in batches and freeze them for later.
They are perfect for the Paleo Diet and the Keto Diet too, and they are also Gluten Free and Grain Free.
Of course, you don’t need to be following any of these diets to enjoy them as all your family and friends will love whatever diet they follow.
Coconut flour tortillas use just 3 ingredients and are only 1 carb each, and these tortillas are perfect for wraps, tacos, tortilla chips, and even a tortilla pizza!
VARIATIONS:
This recipe is so versatile, the flour can be replaced with your favorite flour, and the milk can be substituted with your favorite milk too. So these tortillas can be made to your exact requirements or tastes!

These tortillas are the perfect addition to these low-carb and keto recipes:
FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3-5 days.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 5 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave dish and cook on full power for 1 minute.
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1. Crack 6 eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the coconut flour, almond milk, and sea salt.
3. Whisk all the ingredients together until a smooth batter.
4. Heat a frypan/skillet. add 1/4 cup of the batter, rotate, and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly over the base.
5. Cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes, until firm and bubbles form on the surface.
6. Flip over and cook the other side for a further 1-2 minutes until browned.
7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
