These delicious little Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs are so tender and delicious, made with ground turkey and teriyaki sauce, they are perfect for a quick and easy meal in less than 30 minutes, and they are sure to please everyone!
Teriyaki sauce is a sweet and savory sauce made from soy sauce, and mirin. It is a popular Japanese sauce, and it is perfect for these turkey meatballs. The sweetness of the sauce balances out the savory flavor of the ground turkey, and the turkey balls are very tender and flavorful.
These meatballs can be made in advance or in bulk and are easy to put together.

FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 2-3 days.
FREEZER: Place in an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
STOVETOP: Place in a saucepan, and heat on medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
OVEN: Place in an ovenproof dish and cover, cook at 350F/180C for 10-15 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on full power for 1-2 minutes.
16 oz Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons Green Onion (chopped)
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Freshly Ginger (grated)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Ginger (minced)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp Mirin
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Water (cold)
Green Onions (sliced)
Sesame seeds
1. Preheat the oven to 400F/204C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine all the meatball ingredients (ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic) in a large mixing bowl and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls, and place them on a lined baking sheet pan lined.
4. Place in the preheated oven, and bake for 12 minutes until the meatballs are lightly browned and fully cooked.
5. While the meatballs are cooking, place all the ingredients for the sauce (soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, honey, sesame oil, mirin, cornstarch, and water) in a small saucepan and mix them together until fully combined.
6. Bring to a boil over medium heat, once boiled reduce to low heat and lightly simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
7. Remove the cooked meatballs from the oven and place them into a mixing bowl, pour the teriyaki sauce over them and coat well before serving.
8. Top with green onions and sesame seeds and serve with fluffy rice or Chinese. noodles
