VEGAN TORTILLA CHIPS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
6 Tortillas
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
2. Cut the tortillas into quarters, or smaller if desired, using a knife or a pizza cutter.
3. Lightly cover all the tortilla pieces with olive oil.
4. Place the tortilla pieces evenly and without overlapping, on the baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).
6. Place the tortillas in the oven for 5-7 minutes, remove and turn them over, add more sea salt if required.
7. Return to the oven for a further 5-7 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.
8. Allow to cool and serve with guacamole, fresh salsa and salad.
