FRIDGE: Place in an airtight container and store for up to 2 weeks.
(Makes 4 Servings)
1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cups of Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cups of Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Tbsp of Herb Mix Seasoning
1 tablespoon psyllium husk flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup of Water
For The Easy Guacamole
1/2 Mashed Avocado
Juice of half a lime
Pinch of Sea Salt
1. Preheat the oven to /175C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all the seeds together with the water and seasonings, and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
3. Spread the seed mixture evenly on the baking sheet until flat.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven, cut into squares, and flip them over, then bake for a further 15 minutes until crisp and browned.
5. While the crackers are baking combine all the guacamole ingredients in a bowl, and mash until smooth.
6. Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool, serve 2 crackers with a dollop of guacamole.
