Keto Broccoli Salad

A healthy Keto Broccoli Salad that is ready in only 10 minutes, it is the perfect salad for a midweek dinner and can be made ahead making it great to take to parties or potluck gatherings.

A delicious and nutritious main or side dish that can be enjoyed by everyone, the recipe is easy to follow using simple ingredients. The main ingredients in this recipe are broccoli and bacon, with red onion, almonds, and cheese all mixed together with an almond oil mayonnaise.



VARIATIONS: Keto Broccoli Salad

This dish is fully customizable for all your family and friends!

Meat: Add ground beef, turkey, pork, chicken, fish, or tofu.

Vegetables: Add any vegetables available such as cauliflower, cabbage, or green beans.

Pasta: Serve it with macaroni, penne, tagliatelle, fusilli (twirly pasta) or farfalle (bow tie pasta).

Spice: Add a bit of spice, like paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, or ginger.

Seeds: Add in some seeds such as Chia Seeds or Flaxseed for extra healthiness.

Keto Broccoli Salad RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

2 Cups of Broccoli Florets

2 Slices of Bacon (cooked)

1/4 Cup of Red Onion (finely chopped)

1 Tbsp of Sliced Almonds (sliced)

2 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

Optional

1/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Salt & Pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Cut the broccoli and the cooked bacon into bite-size pieces.

2. In a large bowl combine the broccoli floret, red onions, sliced almonds, and mayo.

3. Mix everything well and then sprinkle the bacon and shredded cheddar (optional)on top, and add salt and pepper.
